Salty Sow

Salty Sow features a distinctive blend of smooth dark-gray stucco, Corten steel shutters, handcrafted Douglas fir doors, and an intricate ceiling incorporating distressed whitewashed pine and reclaimed Arizona lumber. The bar is crafted from salvaged structural beams from a barn in Winslow, Arizona, complemented by a soffit of varied-tone alder “subway” tiles. An interior/exterior cast-in-place concrete banquette connects the lounge and patio, framing a dramatic concrete fireplace and creating a seamless transition between the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
